Can hospitals refuse someone?

Is there a law in Colorado saying the newest driver(under18) must get covered beneath the hottest automobile?

41 yrs old considering searching for a living ins and now coverage in the case that something were to occur to other items along with me I would desire spouse and daughter to be left using a small something to look after property benefit probably.
