Fan Tan (also known as fan-tan) is an ancient gambling game that has been played for a long time in China. Like many Chinese traditional games, it is divided into different sections. The player is the base player, placing bets in accordance with the layout on the fan-tan board. As opposed to the standard card game, this variant of Fan Tan offers two decks. Each player gets 10 cards and three more cards added to the deck. The cards are all of the same color, and it is typically either red or white. The colors of the cards are as well matched by the five counters placed across the table.

There’s always a fan-tan going on and bets are usually involved. In the traditional version of the game, you bet the amount of your chips that you have in your hand.
