Gustavo Petro’s troll caused an argument between the presidential president’s candidate and General Eduardo Enrique Zapateiro the commander, on social media. Petro wrote in his message, “Some Clan officers are employed by the Clan.”

General Zapateiro’s response

The Army commander was able to respond to this request and took six rounds questioned the presidential candidate.

The message from the top official that caused the most debate was the one which stated that Colombians have seen the president of the moment receiving money from a bag.

And in a final message the official said “to the longest-running institution in our nation, whose members, female and male, without reservation and without hesitation, have defended democracy of our nation for more than 200 years, and even offered their lives for the cause, I demand respect.”
