Rouleete, which is where I love to go, is often called the pearl in the French Alps. I was fortunate to be able spend many happy years in this little corner. It is a place where I can relax and rejuvenate away from the hustle and bustle Paris. What is Rouleete so special? It comes from where?

The origins of this little town are not difficult to track down. It is located on a sandy beach at the southern tip of the Loire River. It is a popular stopover spot for holidaymakers who are travelling to Paris. It is also a small harbour town that is only a few kilometres from majestic French Alps. That’s not all. Like many of the historic French villages that make up the Loire Valley’s old and historic French villages, its origins date back to the medieval era.

The Medieval History, which covers the period when the region was part of France’s feudal kingdom, is the first time that the town of roulette (or roule), is mentioned. King Louis IV gave some land to the construction of a port and later a settlement for trading and fishing in the 12th century. A lesser-known historical fact is that the town roulette actually served as a border settlement between Avignon et Tours. It is because they are sometimes referred to as being near each other, but in reality they were distinct entities at the time.

Visitors to the charming town of roulette today may wonder where the town got its name ‘roule. The simple answer is that the name roule comes from a French word meaning ‘little ruse’, or ‘play with a Ruse. The origins of the term rouleette are traced back to a French gambling and gaming tournament that took place in Roulettes, near Paris, in the early 20th century. The local population was invited to play a complex game of Roulette. The winners would then receive the prize money of the town, hence the “roulette wheel”.

So where can one experience the thrill and excitement of the game, then? Rouleete attractions offer the famous roulette spins, where the wheels spin around 15 numbers on the vertical and 15 numbers on the horizontal axes. Another attraction includes the huge collection of classic old world and renaissance paintings that one can view while visiting the historic town square that serves as the focal point of the town. The town is lively and vibrant, and the cobblestone streets are lined by shops and cafes for a pleasurable shopping experience.

The casino, which was built entirely from authentic French architecture, is the second most visited attraction for amateur poker players. This is not the same authenticity you will find in your local land-based casino. If you do make it to the Roulette table, however, you will experience an adrenaline rush unlike any other. Rouleete is known as a small town with a big heart. Its excitement, thrill and winnings are all factors that make Rouleete so attractive.

Rouleete has many attractions, landmarks, and sights that are worth a visit. Because roulette is unpredictable, you need to plan for every possible outcome. Also, you should be prepared for the possibility of the wheels stopping in their tracks at any time during the game. The underground rail system, which runs through the town connects all the sections. The railway, despite its usefulness, is not a distraction from the many other attractions that make Rouleete an exceptional place to visit.

The Rouleete Race Track is the town’s most popular attraction. Although the track is not exactly a walk in the park, it offers excellent racing action for almost every type of participant. The race progresses and the crowd becomes more involved, whether they are spectators, or participants. Rouleete offers more than just the thrilling action on the racetrack. It also has a variety shops and restaurants that all residents and visitors can enjoy.
