Medical health insurance in california?

And perhaps in case you knew how much it would cost for even a lube and tires and trackI’ve a car that I will have fond of me it is about 5 years of age but cant aford the initial years car insurance out-right if i sell it and gt a cheaper car may the insurance be cheaper or maybe more costly since it is definitely an older automobile? This is said by me because in that case I will provide the vehicle i have and make use of the money left-over to fund the initial ears auto insurance . P.s I’m a teenage driver which explains why im wanting to save as much income as i could!
